Warehouse Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Recovery Coordination: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to address customer queries regarding delivery schedules, product pickups, payment recovery, and account defaults.
• Data & MIS Management: Maintain accurate operational MIS (Management Information Systems) and perform daily data entry tasks using MS Excel.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments, including the Finance and Operations teams, to streamline workflows.
• Process Documentation: Draft, update, and manage email templates and communication logs related to operational tracking and recovery processes.
• Follow-Ups: Ensure rigorous and timely follow-up with both external customers and internal stakeholders to resolve pending tickets.
• On-Site Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day warehouse operational activities to optimize ground-level efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and efficient data entry skills.
• Work Management: Exceptional ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize urgent tasks.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working directly from warehouse locations.
• Flexibility: Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts and comfortable with regular Saturday and Sunday working (weekly offs will be provided on weekdays).

Experience & Eligibility

• Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Customer Support, Warehouse Coordination, or Backend Operations. (Freshers with strong communication and Excel skills are welcome to apply!)
• Shift Details: 9-hour operational shift.
• Salary: As per company standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
