Full job description
- Find and research potential leads and millwork companies in the USA and Canada through extensive email marketing and other sales techniques.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales/business development team.
- Understand client requirements and respond with effective plans.
- Send professional introductory and follow-up emails to prospective clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce company services and understand client requirements.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients for further discussions.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding project requirements and client communication.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and business targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong email drafting and client calling abilities.
- Experience or knowledge of dealing with USA and Canada clients.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google search, and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
