  • Greeting visitors and clients professionally
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Managing front office reception activities
  • Maintaining visitor records and appointment schedules
  • Coordinating meetings and conference room bookings
  • Handling courier, dispatch, and mail management
  • Managing office supplies and stationery inventory
  • Coordinating housekeeping and office maintenance
  • Assisting in travel arrangements and hotel bookings
  • Supporting administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintaining office files and documents
  • Preparing reports, letters, and official correspondence
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers
  • Monitoring office cleanliness and facilities
  • Managing employee attendance records and basic admin support
  • Handling data entry and record maintenance
  • Assisting HR and management with administrative tasks
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Supporting event and meeting arrangements
  • Maintaining confidentiality of office information
