Job Title: Centre Manager – Dialysis Operations

Location: Gujarat (Travel Required)

Experience: 6–10 Years in Healthcare Operations (Minimum 3 Years in Multi-Site Management)

Role Summary:
The Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of 3–4 dialysis centres, ensuring smooth operations, quality patient care, revenue growth, inventory management, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across assigned dialysis centres.
• Ensure high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Drive revenue, collections, patient onboarding, and referral network development.
• Monitor inventory, consumables, equipment maintenance, and vendor management.
• Lead and manage centre staff, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and documentation are maintained.
• Prepare and submit operational, revenue, and performance MIS reports.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Life Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health, Biomedical, or related field.
• MHA/MBA (Healthcare/Operations) preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.16 - ₹300,000.00 per month
