Job Title: Process Coordinator
Location: Gurugram, Haryana Sector 44 Near to Huda City
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Managing Editor (HOD)
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Process Coordinator to streamline internal operations and foster seamless communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Inter-Department Coordination
- Calendar Management
- Maintenance of Records and Reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Science background will be an added advantage)
- Experience: 3-5 years.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP is an added advantage) and MS office and MS Outlook
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in business English
- Interpersonal Skills: Pleasant personality with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
· Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, correspondence, and confidential matters.
· Documentation: Draft and manage agreements, emails, and other official communications.
· Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Joining Time :- IMMEDIATE JOINER or within a week
Working Days/Timings:- Monday to Friday (9am to 6 pm)
