Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience in lead generation and client acquisition. The candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn for generating business opportunities and managing client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Identify potential clients and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Draft proposals, bid on projects, and follow up with prospects.
  • Handle client communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements.
  • Maintain records of leads, proposals, and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in lead generation and client handling.
  • Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
  • Ability to write professional proposals and emails.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Experience in international client handling.
  • Understanding of web/mobile app development services is a plus.
