Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants
- Monitor company expenses, budgets, and profitability
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment tracking
- Maintain Google Sheets and financial dashboards for reporting and analysis
- Support team lead & management with financial planning and decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment and accounting processes
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finance
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification
3-5 years experience in accounts department preferably in IT companies itself
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
