Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Noida (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and other sales activities.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Explain company products/services and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
