Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and oversee operations of the organization
 Develop and implement operational strategies and processes
 Monitor performance and improve productivity
 Lead, train, and manage team members
 Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
 Handle client communication and resolve escalations
 Engage with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver solutions.

Requirements:
 Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
 Ability to manage operations independently.
 Open to travel for official company trips (Domestic & International).
 Long-term commitment to grow with the organization.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
