Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company.

Talent Acquisition specialist responsibilities include Developing, monitoring and fine-tuning recruitment Strategiesprocesses, from sourcing to hiring and identifying high-potential candidates.

We are looking for Recruiters on Urgent Basis
No of vacancies - 6
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Initial screening of resumes for the purpose of recruitment.
2) Working on Junior, Mid Level and Sr. level requirements
3) Sourcing Cvs from portals, networking, internal database etc
4) Responsible for the entire life cycle of recruitment
5) Sourcing the candidates and taking reference from them.
6) Taking Interviews
7) Responsible for closure of positions.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Qualification: MBA - HR / MBA / PG / Any graduates
Under graduates can be considered only if having relevant experience

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
