Telecaller Job Description – Hospital Industry

Job Title: Telecaller / Patient Care Executive
Industry: Hospital / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls from patients and visitors professionally.
• Make outgoing calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, health packages, and feedback collection.
• Provide information regarding doctors’ availability, hospital services, departments, and consultation timings.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Transfer calls to concerned departments such as billing, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing station, or emergency.
• Maintain patient call records and update data in the system.
• Ensure proper communication etiquette and patient satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and regional language.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Polite and patient-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
• Experience in hospital, clinic, or customer service preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
