Full job description
- Plan and schedule daily dispatch activities.
- Prepare e-way bills, LR copies, and dispatch documents.
- Ensure invoices, delivery challans, E Waybills and all documents are accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Calculate vehicle Size and Capacity and Give to Planner for Vehicle Placement for shipments.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.
- Verify quantities and quality before dispatch.
- Verify Serial Number Physically Units While Compare the Packing Slip or Invoice
- Update dispatch status to customers.
- Resolve delivery-related issues and complaints.
- Guide dispatch staff and loading personnel.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures.
- Maintain dispatch registers and SAP entries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
- Follow company policies and transportation regulations.
- Ensure safe handling and movement of materials.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
