Full job description

Job Role: Admin & Floor Executive

Location: Central Avenue, Kolkata

Working Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM

Week Off: Tuesday

Salary: upto 20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Operations

  • Manage organizational tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, documentation, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Oversee implementation of company policies and handle administrative challenges proactively.
  • Maintain and update all administrative files, registers, and records (physical & digital).

Store & Inventory Management

  • Maintain office store and inventory (stationery, housekeeping items, office supplies, etc.).
  • Conduct daily audits of non-IT assets and ensure proper tracking and utilization.
  • Handle inventory management including stock entry, issue, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Manage book inventory, book disbursement, and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee online store disbursement, order booking, and fulfillment tracking.

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with existing vendors for supplies, services, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Handle new vendor onboarding, documentation, and rate finalization.
  • Monitor vendor performance, billing, and timely payments in coordination with accounts.

Asset & Compliance Management

  • Maintain asset registers for non-IT assets and ensure regular audits.
  • Ensure adherence to administrative SOPs and internal compliance standards.
  • Identify gaps in admin processes and suggest improvements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support management in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure office readiness, hygiene, and infrastructure upkeep.
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Manage and look after the entire work floor to avoid any chaos or issues arising in the floor during work hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or office operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office, Google Sheets.
