Experience

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, infrastructure, or related sectors.

Qualification

• Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) – Mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering/Science preferred.
• Additional certifications such as First Aid, Fire Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety procedures.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training programs.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events, and prepare reports.
• Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and fire safety activities.
• Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and client safety requirements.
• Liaise with management, contractors, and employees on safety matters.
• Monitor work permits and high-risk activities such as hot work, confined space entry, and work at height.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
• Good understanding of risk assessment and hazard identification techniques.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to lead safety initiatives and enforce compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and safety documentation.

Key Requirements

• ADIS qualification is mandatory.
• 5–6 years of relevant safety experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage site safety operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
