Eterno Architects & Associates is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. We specialize in premium residential and commercial architecture, delivering elegant, innovative, and high-end design solutions across India and Canada.

We are seeking a creative professional with strong technical knowledge, design sensibility, and project coordination skills who can contribute to luxury architectural projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, 3D concepts, presentations, and detailed documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams throughout project stages.
• Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation aligns with project intent and quality standards.
• Participate in design discussions, material selections, and space planning.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations, codes, and project requirements.
• Manage timelines, project deliverables, and coordination between departments.
• Assist in preparing design presentations, mood boards, and client proposals.
• Review project progress and provide technical support during execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 4–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project handling.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape
• Revit (preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
