Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Pitch IT services including:
  • Website Development
  • E-commerce Solutions
  • Mobile App Development
  • SEO & Digital Marketing
  • Custom Software Development
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with technical team for project understanding and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain CRM and sales reports.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IT services and digital marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr preferred).
  • Understanding of international client handling (US, UK, UAE preferred).
  • Ability to achieve ₹2–5 lakh monthly sales target.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BBA / MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Proven track record in IT Sales or Software Sales.

Salary & Incentives

  • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience)

  • 5% commission on closed deals
