Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Node.js Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our development team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, API integration, database handling, and server-side application development using Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Work with databases like MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and project managers.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Handle deployment and server-side maintenance when required.
• Ensure application security and data protection standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript.
• Experience with Express.js framework.
• Understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integration.
• Basic knowledge of authentication methods like JWT/OAuth.
• Experience with MongoDB or SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and promises.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Firebase, or cloud services is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
