Full job description
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and nurture relationships with a high volume of inbound clients, ensuring every interaction feels personal, timely, and valuable
- Coordinate closely with our Business Development team to move opportunities forward and support the conversion of high-value deals
- Proactively follow up with clients (including missed calls or incomplete inquiries) to keep momentum strong and no opportunity left behind
- Act as a trusted point of contact—answering questions, resolving edge cases, and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey
- Maintain and manage our CRM system, ensuring all client data is accurate, organized, and actionable
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in Business Development, client-facing roles, or appointment setting within an agency or service-based environment
- Understand how to balance relationship-building with commercial outcomes
