Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage shop-floor activities, ensure quality control, and maintain timely dispatch of orders.
The ideal candidate should have experience in apparel printing, embroidery, merchandise production, or manufacturing operations, with the ability to manage teams, production schedules, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities across printing, embroidery, packing, and dispatch
- Plan and allocate work based on production schedules and delivery timelines
- Ensure production targets are achieved without compromising quality
- Monitor machine operations, material usage, and workflow efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Maintain quality standards for all merchandise and apparel products
- Track production status and provide daily operational updates
- Handle production team scheduling, attendance, and discipline
- Identify process improvements to reduce wastage and delays
- Ensure workplace safety and proper maintenance of production equipment
- Manage urgent and high-priority client orders efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in production supervision, manufacturing, apparel, printing, or merchandise operations
- Strong understanding of production planning and workflow management
- Experience handling production teams and shop-floor operations
- Knowledge of DTF printing, embroidery, screen printing, or apparel manufacturing is preferred
- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and material management
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or ERP systems is an advantage
