Accounts Intern

We are seeking a versatile and data-driven Accounts Intern to oversee critical financial operations, controls, lead digital transformation initiatives, and optimise business operations. This role requires a blend of technical financial expertise, project management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation & ERP Leadership

• Act as the primary Project Lead for ERP implementation, leading the digital transformation of accounting and operational workflows.
• Streamline manual processes into automated digital systems to enhance data accuracy and cross-departmental efficiency.

Financial Analysis & Due Diligence

• Perform comprehensive data consolidation, reconciliation, and analysis during Financial Due Diligence (FDD) phases.
• Oversee GST workings, including 3-year statutory reconciliations, internal audits, and regular filings to ensure 100% compliance.

Operational Audit & Cost Recovery

• Conduct rigorous logistics audits and remittance tracking.
• Identify financial leakages and manage vendor recovery processes (proven track record of recovering substantial outstanding amounts).

Inventory & Sales Analytics

• Manage inventory levels using advanced sales analysis, demand forecasting, and consumer behavior metrics (e.g., Cart Analysis).
• Monitor D2C sales performance and perform detailed RTO (Return to Origin) tracking to minimize operational overhead.

Strategic B2B Engagements

• Lead B2B sales initiatives at major public industry events (e.g., AAHAR), focusing on maximizing revenue and closing high-value deals.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Professional qualification in Finance (CA Finalist).
• Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations and digital systems.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power Query, and ERP environments (preferred).

• Hands-on experience in ERP Project Management (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST compliance and Statutory Audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
