WE ARE HIRING: DIGITAL ADVERTISING SPECIALIST (META & GOOGLE ADS)

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

Work Schedule: Flexible

Compensation: As per industry standards, based on skills and experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED SKILLS

Paid Advertising Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
• Campaign setup, optimization, and scaling

Performance & Analytics:

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Ads Manager insights
• A/B testing and data-driven decision-making

Strategic Thinking:

• Campaign planning aligned with business goals
• Audience targeting, funnel building, and budget allocation
• Competitor and market analysis

Creative & Content Understanding:

• Knowledge of ad creatives and copywriting
• Coordination with design/content teams
• Content calendar planning and execution

Digital Marketing Fundamentals:

• Working knowledge of SEO
• Understanding of content marketing and brand positioning

Ideal Candidate:

A detail-oriented and performance-focused marketer who can combine creativity with analytics to drive impactful campaigns.
