Business Analysis Responsibilities

● Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements

● Create BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and wireframes (if needed)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between clients, sales, and technical teams. The role involves handling pre-sales activities, requirement gathering, project planning, and post-sales client coordination to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

● Understand client requirements through calls, emails, and meetings

● Prepare proposals, SOWs, BRDs, and project estimates

● Coordinate with technical teams to define solutions and timelines

● Assist sales team in closing deals and client presentations

● Participate in platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn lead discussions

Project Management Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines and deliverables

● Assign tasks and coordinate with developers/designers

● Track progress using tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana

● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

● Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews

Post-Sales / Client Handling

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients after deal closure

● Manage client communication, feedback, and expectations

● Handle change requests, escalations, and issue resolution

● Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship building

Required Skills

● Strong communication and client-handling skills

● Experience in requirement gathering & documentation

● Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies

● Basic understanding of web/mobile technologies (MERN preferred)

● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

● Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Preferred Skills

● Experience with Upwork/Freelancer bidding or pre-sales

● Familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.)

● Experience in SaaS or IT service-based companies

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Pre-sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Business analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
• Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
