Job Description – Customer Sales Executive (Jewellery Sales)
Company: Reliance Jewels
Position: Customer Sales Executive
Locations: Kota & Jodhpur
CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain store presentation and product displays.
- Support billing, inventory management, and store operations as required.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Sales, Jewellery Sales, Fashion Retail, Apparel, Luxury Retail, or Customer Service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
