Description: We are looking for an Accounts Lead with strong experience in D2C and marketplace finance operations to manage the overall accounting operations, financial reporting, audit & compliance, and team coordination. The role requires hands-on expertise in handling marketplace reconciliations, processing large data sets from e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, MIS reporting, and experience handling end-to-end finance processes in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for D2C and marketplace businesses.
• Handle marketplace reconciliation for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and other online channels.
• Process and analyze large marketplace and website data reports including settlements, commissions, claims, returns, deductions, and payouts.
• Ensure timely statutory compliances GST (GSTR‑1, 3B, annual), TDS/TCS, income tax, ROC and other regulatory filings.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis to support business decisions for the FMCG/D2C business.
• Oversee preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Handle internal and statutory audits, coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation and closure of audit points.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 4 - 6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG brands.
• Prior experience in leading a small to mid‑size finance team will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, compliance, and accounting practices.
• Experience in handling complete audit cycle, from pre‑audit preparation to final audit closure and sign‑off.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations, MIS reporting).
• Strong experience working with marketplace data and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in startup, manufacturing, D2C, or FMCG environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
