Digiphlox is a growing digital marketing agency delivering 360° marketing solutions — SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Website Development, and Content Creation — to clients in Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Local Businesses, and Startups.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch Digiphlox's services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services (SMM, Paid Ads, SEO, Website, etc.)
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales team / founder
• Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM / Excel
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities

Requirements

• 12th pass / Graduate (Marketing background preferred)
• 0–2 years of tele-calling or sales experience (Freshers with strong communication welcome)
• Fluent in English & Hindi with a clear and confident tone
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided)
• Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
