Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries through live chat in a clear and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order updates, issue resolution, and general questions.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets such as response time, accuracy, and quality of service.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
