E-Commerce Executive

Perch Brands is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in order management, inventory tracking, and platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily orders across e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, and AJIO.
• Monitor and update stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• File claims for fraudulent returns and resolve order discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipping and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handle customer queries, returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records related to orders, inventory, returns, and claims.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in E-Commerce Operations.
• Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, and AJIO.
• Hands-on experience with OMS software such as Easycom or Unicommerce.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
