Homestay Customer Support

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the International Voice Process – Homestay Support in Sector 48, Gurgaon.

Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process – International)

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹27,000 CTC for Freshers
• ₹32,000 CTC for Experienced Candidates
• Incentives up to ₹8,000

Shift & Working Days:

• 24×7 Rotational Shifts
• 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Offs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate with 6 Min of BPO experience or Graduate fresher
• Excellent English communication skills mandatory
• Comfortable with rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries through calls
• Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide accurate information related to homestay services
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
