Position: -Customer Support Associates
Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work From Office
5.5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts & Week Offs
We are hiring Customer Support Associates. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and at least 6 months of BPO experience in retention, recovery, collections, or upselling with a hospitality background.
Eligibility:
- Undergraduate / Graduate
- 6 Months BPO Experience Mandatory
- Hospitality Background Preferred
- C1 US Voice Versant Required
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to ₹35,000 CTC + Incentives
