HR Recruiter

Get Workz is a staffing consulting firm catering to Domestic, US, and Canada markets. We specialize in helping organizations hire the right talent across multiple industries and are currently expanding our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with the internal team to fulfill hiring requirements within timelines

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques is preferred
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate Freshers and candidates with relevant recruitment experience can apply
