AI Creative Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

Job Description

We are building an AI-first digital marketing team and looking for a creative and skilled AI Creative Lead (Graphic Designs + Video Editing) who can manage high-volume content production (creatives + reels) using modern tools.

This is not a traditional designer role.
We need someone who can execute fast, use AI tools, and manage a small creative team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead content production for multiple client brands
• Create Social media creatives (Canva/Photoshop)
• Create Short-form videos / reels (CapCut or similar)
• Build and manage template libraries (industry-wise)
• Use AI tools for faster content creation (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
• Assign tasks and manage 2–3 creative team members
• Ensure fast turnaround and minimum revisions
• Work closely with account manager and marketing team
• Collaborate with different teams on design concepts.
• Stay updated with updated AI led design trends and tools.
• Handle multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.

Skills Required

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Strong hands-on experience in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• Experience in reels / short video editing (CapCut, VN, Premier Pro etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Veo 3, King AI, Midjourney etc.)
• Experience handling multiple brands or agency work
• Ability to work fast and manage deadlines
• Basic understanding of social media trends
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital/print design & video creation.

Not Suitable If You

• Prefer working only on slow design projects
• Have no exposure to AI tools
• Come purely from print background without digital experience
