Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the customer database and CRM system
• Handle customer inquiries, support requests, and feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Support customer engagement campaigns and promotions
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in CRM or customer support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
