Sr. Service Delivery Manager (MSP) – SOC/NOC

About the Role

We are building a SOC and NOC operation in Hyderabad and are hiring a Sr. Service Delivery Manager to lead this from the ground up.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will own service delivery, SOC/NOC operations, team buildout, and client outcomes across a multi-client MSP environment.

This is not a maintenance role. You will build, scale, and run the function.

What You Will Own

Service Delivery (MSP)

• Own SLAs, KPIs, and service performance across clients
• Lead client communication, reporting, and escalations
• Ensure delivery quality and consistency across engagements
• Drive continuous improvement across operations

SOC/NOC Operations

• Build and scale SOC and NOC from 0 to operational
• Define structure, shifts, and escalation paths
• Implement SOPs, runbooks, and incident response workflows
• Oversee monitoring, alerting, and incident management

Pre-Sales & Growth

• Support solutioning and client discussions
• Help define SOC/NOC and security service offerings
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Team Leadership

• Hire, train, and scale SOC Analysts and NOC Engineers
• Set performance standards and accountability
• Build a strong, high-performing team

Hard Requirements (Do Not Apply If Missing)

• MSP or multi-client service delivery experience
• Experience building or scaling SOC/NOC operations
• Strong understanding of:
• SIEM, EDR, monitoring tools
• Networking, firewalls, infrastructure
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
• Proven leadership managing technical teams
• Strong English communication for U.S. client interaction

Preferred Background

• 10–15+ years in infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed services
• 5–8+ years in leadership roles
• Experience in pre-sales, delivery, and account growth
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, Azure, AWS, or similar
