Full job description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in sales, client engagement, lead generation, and business growth. The candidate will work closely with the sales and business development team to identify potential clients and support revenue generation activities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Support the team in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Assist in achieving monthly business development targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 year of experience in sales, business development, customer support, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients and handling outreach activities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
