Barista/All Rounder

Baimudan Café is a specialty coffee shop and tea studio, dedicated to creating unique experiences around coffee and tea. We roast our coffee in-house and take pride in serving carefully crafted brews to our guests.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista who understands the art and science of coffee. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of specialty coffee, hands-on brewing skills, and an appreciation for tea.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and tea beverages.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with precision.
• Maintain consistency in coffee and tea preparation while meeting café standards.
• Educate customers about our coffee origins, brewing methods, and tea selections.
• Support in-house coffee roasting and maintain knowledge of different roasts and flavor profiles.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the café workspace.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista in a specialty coffee setup preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, AeroPress, etc.) and tea preparation.
• Passion for coffee, tea, and customer engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
