Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for guiding students, and the ability to convert inquiries into center visits and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain the company's courses and offerings.
- Counsel students over the phone regarding suitable career programs based on their interests and goals.
- Follow up with leads and encourage students to visit the center for further discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, center visits, and admissions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
Requirements
Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Counseling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Passion for the education, training, or EdTech industry.
