Client Support Executive

Location: Work from Home (India)
Shift: Night Hours (aligned with U.S. business hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, empathetic assistance to customers via email, chat, and/or phone.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools (training provided).
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Access to a reliable laptop/computer and high-speed internet.
• Ability to work night shifts (IST) to align with U.S. business hours.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
