Role: Accommodation Counsellor

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist students with accommodation-related inquiries and guide them through the booking process.
  • Communicate effectively with housing providers to collect and share accurate information.
  • Maintain and regularly update records of available accommodation options.
  • Offer timely updates, follow-ups, and ongoing support to students throughout their stay.
  • Coordinate and manage necessary documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient booking experience.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.
