DECHUB is a fast-growing startup creating high-performance digital content for modern businesses. We focus on producing engaging, conversion-driven video content for brands, social media, ads, and digital campaigns that deliver real business impact.

We are looking for passionate Video Editors & Motion Graphics Designers who are eager to learn, execute, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferably candidates from creative/design institutes.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging video content for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Create motion graphics, animated elements, and visual effects
• Develop high-quality reels, promo videos, and brand creatives
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to align content with brand strategy
• Ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, sound design, and storytelling
• Continuously improve video performance based on feedback and analytics insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, Film, or related field
• Strong portfolio or show-reel showcasing editing and motion projects
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Understanding of motion design principles, typography animation, and visual storytelling
• Basic knowledge of color grading and sound editing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
