Job Title: Sitecore Developer – Web Content Authoring

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3–6 Years

We are looking for a skilled Sitecore Developer with hands-on experience in web content authoring and Sitecore CMS development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sitecore content management, component development, and authoring workflows, along with a good understanding of digital experience platforms and front-end integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Sitecore-based web applications and CMS components.
  • Work closely with content authors, designers, and stakeholders to enable seamless content publishing workflows.
  • Build and manage templates, renderings, layouts, workflows, and personalization features within Sitecore.
  • Support web content authoring, page creation, and content governance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and high-performing digital experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sitecore CMS, content rendering, and integrations.
  • Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and adherence to development best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, deployments, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Sitecore development and CMS implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Sitecore Content Authoring and content management workflows.
  • Experience with Sitecore XP/XM, Helix principles, and SXA is preferred.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with content personalization, workflows, multisite management, and publishing.
  • Experience working with front-end teams and integrating UI components into Sitecore.
  • Good understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-based deployments.
  • Exposure to headless CMS architecture or Sitecore JSS is a plus.
  • Prior experience working on enterprise or large-scale digital platforms preferred.
