Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts
• Prepare and verify sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries
• Handle GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliation
• Prepare data for TDS returns and ensure statutory compliance
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government departments
• Monitor inventory records and stock valuation
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and follow up on outstanding dues
• Verify vendor bills and process payments efficiently
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Preferred Skills:

✔ Must know Tally Prime
✔ Knowledge of MS Excel, GST, TDS, E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and supervise junior accounting staff
✔ Good communication and organizational abilities
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in construction/building materials industry is an added advantage
