Full job description
Study tender documents, drawings, BOQ, and specifications. Prepare rate analysis and costing. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations. Prepare techno-commercial offers. Prepare pre-bid queries and tender submissions. Analyze tender risks, exclusions, and scope gaps. Maintain tender database and submission records. Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and Extra Item Bills. Verify site measurements as per drawings and actual work execution. Prepare quantity take-off from drawings. Maintain billing records and measurement sheets. Reconcile contractor/client quantities. Coordinate with site engineers for work progress and measurement certification. Prepare and track retention, recovery, and variation statements. Check subcontractor bills and certification. Maintain DPR, WPR, and billing MIS reports.
