We are hiring an Operations Manager for multi-site handling behalf of one of our Facility client. Who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and efficiency of multiple locations. This role involves managing on-site staff, coordinating with vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and controlling budgets to support the organization's strategic goals.
1. Multi-Site Operations and Site Management
- Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise all facilities, hard services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and soft services (cleaning, security, waste management) across assigned sites.
- Regular Inspections: Perform consistent, scheduled inspections of all sites to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Standardization: Implement company-wide best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations to ensure consistent quality of service.
