Job description:
To supervises construction, ensures design accuracy, and maintains safety compliance on-site. manage daily activities, technical drawings, material procurement, and progress reporting, acting as the main technical advisor. Key duties include solving on-site issues, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay within budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Technical Supervision: Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site to ensure accurate, compliant construction.
- Planning and Execution: Reviewing blueprints, managing, and directing daily work schedules.
- Quality Control: Inspecting work, ensuring materials meet specifications, and documenting compliance.
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate safety equipment.
- Project Management: Monitoring progress, preparing reports, and managing on-site resources and subcontractors.
- Problem Solving skill
- Experience in MEP and Hospital construction is an advantage
