Business Development Manager – Inside Sales

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Inside Sales Intern to accelerate our business growth. You’ll play a key role in converting qualified leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships. If you're passionate about sales, communication, and growth, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound sales leads
• Understand client needs and recommend the right products
• Drive end-to-end sales: product pitches, proposals, pricing, negotiation & closure
• Coordinate product samples and client approvals
• Clearly communicate delivery timelines and processes
• Follow up diligently with prospects and maintain strong relationships
• Manage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
• Stay updated on products, competitors, and market trends
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales databases
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer success
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and B2B product landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
