What We’re Looking For

• 5+ yrs in ops/admin/HR/people leadership roles
• Strong process mindset + high emotional intelligence
• Excellent communicator in English & Malayalam
• Someone who is dependable, proactive, and people-trusted
• Background in startups/agencies is a bonus

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
