Hiring: Production Manager – Panel Manufacturing | Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager – Panel Manufacturing to lead and manage complete production operations for electrical panel manufacturing at our Bangalore location.

Job Title: Production Manager – Panel Manufacturing

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 4–8 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production activities related to LT/HT electrical panel manufacturing.
Plan and monitor daily production schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Supervise fabrication, busbar assembly, wiring, testing, and final inspection activities.
Ensure productivity, quality standards, and efficient manpower utilization on the shop floor.
Coordinate with design, stores, procurement, and quality teams for smooth production flow.
Maintain safety procedures and ensure compliance with electrical and industrial standards.
Monitor production targets, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
Handle shop floor teams and support continuous process improvement.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in LT/HT panel manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical panel assembly, busbar systems, and production planning.
Experience in handling fabrication, wiring, and testing activities.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage production timelines and manpower effectively.
