Security Guard

Key Responsibilities

• Control Entry & Exit: Verify identity cards, visitor passes, contractor passes, and vehicle documents at all entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Plant Security & Surveillance: Monitor security systems, CCTV cameras, and plant premises to identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or unsafe conditions.
• Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, utility areas, parking zones, and boundary walls to ensure safety and security.
• Material Movement Control: Check and verify gate passes, challans, invoices, and authorization documents for all incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and scrap.
• Asset Protection: Safeguard company property, machinery, inventory, and infrastructure against theft, pilferage, damage, vandalism, or misuse.
• Visitor & Contractor Management: Maintain visitor and contractor records, ensure compliance with plant rules, and regulate movement within authorized areas only.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to fire incidents, medical emergencies, accidents, security threats, and evacuation situations as per emergency procedures.
• Safety Compliance Support: Enforce PPE requirements, report unsafe acts and conditions, and support EHS initiatives to maintain a safe workplace.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain security registers, incident reports, shift handover records, vehicle logs, visitor records, and other security-related documentation accurately.
• Discipline & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company security policies, code of conduct, statutory requirements, and maintain professional behavior, vigilance, and confidentiality at all times.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 10th Pass; 12th Pass preferred.
• 1–3 years of industrial/manufacturing security experience preferred.
• Ex-servicemen will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
