Telesales Executive | SimplyTrip (Mumbai)

Location: SimplyTrip Mobility Solutions Pvt Ltd, 222–225, 2nd Floor, Ajmera Sikova, Off LBS Marg, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai – 400086
Experience: 1+ Years (Freshers can apply as well)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days (1 day weekoff )
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Compensation:

  • Fixed INR 20,000 - 40,000 + Monthly Commissions (No Cap)

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to engage with warm and hot leads, convert prospects into customers, and consistently achieve sales targets. This is a high-impact role requiring strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 20–25 high-quality outbound sales calls daily to warm/hot leads
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch services effectively
  • Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals with a strong conversion ratio
  • Maintain and manage sales pipelines, funnels, and lead tracking
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and performance metrics

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Daily call volume and quality
  • Conversion rate / closing ratio
  • Monthly revenue targets
  • Customer satisfaction and coordination efficiency

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 12th Pass
  • 1+ years of experience in telephonic or face-to-face sales
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Regional languages is a plus)
  • Proven ability in inside sales / telesales / lead conversion
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong performance-driven mindset
