Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations. The candidate will assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

· Assist in managing daily restaurant operations

· Supervise and train staff members

· Ensure excellent customer service

· Handle customer complaints professionally

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

· Monitor inventory and order supplies

· Support in achieving sales targets

· Prepare daily reports and schedules

· Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality field

· Good communication and leadership skills

· Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

· Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (preferred)

· High school qualification with experience also acceptable

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
